My name is Fatima A. Georges.

I was born and raised in Haiti, where I spent my youth learning about natural remedies that would later in life be the very thing to help me fight a virus that is destroying so many families around the world.

If it were not for these natural remedies, I can honestly say that I am not sure if I would still be alive today. I know my recipes are worth it; even after COVID-19, I continue these ways of life. I am living proof of these techniques and so are my family members all over the United States and Haiti. If I can help one person fight COVID-19 by writing this book, I will feel immensely proud to know that I was able to help someone. We can all continue to wear our masks and use these natural remedies while we wait for our turn to be vaccinated.
